Dr. Valitutto is a general curator, a veterinarian, and a registrar at Staten Island Zoological Society at Staten Island, New York.  His expertise is in zoo and conservation medicine, and he has worked in numerous zoos across the country.  At the symposium, he will discuss his work in zoo medicine and general zoo pathology cases.
