Dr. Timothy Georoff

Amphibian Chytridiomycosis: Pathogenesis, Diagnosis, Management, and Treatment

Dr. Georoff has been an Associate Veterinarian at the Philadelphia Zoo since 2011. He maintains special interests in ultrasonography and imaging of non-domestic species and anesthesia/sedation of large carnivores, great apes, and megavertebrates. He is also the Co-Veterinary Advisor for the Ring-tailed Lemur Species Survival Plan. His lecture will be on Chytridiomycosis in amphibians concerning its pathogenesis, diagnosis, management, and treatment.
