Small Mammal Handling

Dr. Latney and assistants will demonstrate proper handling and restraint techniques in addition to leading students through the small mammal physical exam. Students will practice what they learn on live rabbits, guinea pigs, rats and more volunteered by their owners.

Reptile Handling

Dr. Latney will demonstrate proper handling, restraint and the physical exam on various reptile species. Students will have the chance to practice what they learn on live reptiles volunteered by their owners.
